Witcher Craft Brewing was built to be more than just a brewery — it’s a place to gather. Located in the heart of Fredericksburg along the 290 Wine Trail, we set out to create a modern Hill Country beer hall inspired by small-town German traditions. Long tables, open space, great beer, simple food, and a welcoming atmosphere for all generations are at the center of what we do.

We brew on a small-batch system with a focus on quality, precision, and consistency — producing approachable beers designed to be enjoyed together.
